Installation Tips

For a non-spreader bar hammock with a length of approx. 380 cm, the minimum distance between trees or walls should be 340–350 cm.

Ideal Height: When occupied, the lowest point of the hammock should be about 40–50 cm above the ground (chair height). This ensures comfortable sitting and standing.
